Located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, 'Pick Your Own Tree' is the North Yorkshire one stop shop for everything Christmas tree! From Norman Fir's to Serbian Spruce the 'PYOT' team will be on hand to ensure the right decision is made and you leave with the perfect REAL tree.
Make it a family tradition! Take a stroll around the Christmas tree farm, stay on the paths or go off-beat and tangle yourself within the branches, who knows what you will find!

How to Choose a Tree
Come with these in-mind.
When coming down to choose your tree it is important to have a few things in-mind to ensure the right one is picked. Height and width are the two main factors to think about, make sure to have a height in-mind and think where in your home the tree is going, for example if it’s going to be in a corner could it be too wide?
A full tree is the ideal tree for everyone but sometimes with being farm grown there are imperfections or alterations needed for the perfect fit, feel free to ask one of the PYOT team to help with anything whether its with the chainsaw or to net the tree for transport.

With a wide range of trees including Nordman Fir, Norway Spruce, Serbian Spruce & Blue Spruce our team on the farm has all the knowledge needed to ensure you leave with the perfect tree.
Nordman Fir's are most popular being known as 'non-drop' due to their excellent needle retention, they are good in the home due to a thick waxy coating on the needles which makes them a better option around anyone with allergies!
